Offering all the luxuries of home, one room features two queen sized beds and a bath, while its sister space contains a full kitchen, sleeper sofa and dining area all connected through a doorway. Each room has access to both a separate balcony and exterior walkway. Linens and towels included.

Can I rent beach chairs and umbrellas?
Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent directly in front of the hotel. This service is offered at a nominal fee through a City of Rehoboth Beach concessionaire.
Can we bring pets?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Do you have wheel chair accessible rooms?
We do not have handicap accessible rooms.
Does the Henlopen Hotel have a restaurant?
No, the Henlopen Hotel does not have a restaurant. We do have a premium coffee machine in the lobby and our front desk staff will be glad to offer suggestions on dining options in the area. We do have an event space for groups, weddings, etc. and an on-site caterer for special events. For information on group events, please call the hotel manager at 302-227-2551.
Does the hotel provide beach tags?
No beach tags are required, as Rehoboth is a free public beach.

Is smoking allowed?
The Henlopen Hotel is a smoke-free hotel. We do not allow smoking in any area of the hotel.
Is the Henlopen Hotel an Oceanfront Hotel?
Yes, The hotel is located directly on the ocean at the quiet north end of Rehoboth's Boardwalk.
Is there a breakfast?
No, the hotel does not offer breakfast. We do have a premium coffee machine in the lobby that serves coffee, tea, cappuccino, latte or hot chocolate 24-hours a day. Ice and vending machines are located throughout the hotel for your convenience. Our front desk staff will be glad to offer dining suggestions for the area.
Is there WIFI?
Yes, we offer complimentary Wi-Fi for all our guests.
What if I arrive early?
We cannot guarantee that your room will be ready before 4:00pm; however, if you do arrive early, we offer free parking in our garage (when available) and complimentary use of our newly renovated changing rooms, showers so you can enjoy the beach. We can give you a call to let you know your room is ready.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made by 4 pm, 72 hours before scheduled arrival or the deposit will be forfeited.
When can I check into my room and what time is check out?
Check-in begins at 4:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. Early departures may be subject to payment for the remainder of the stay.
Where is parking located and how many parking spots do I receive?
Parking is available in our connected parking garage. Each room reservation includes one complimentary parking pass. Due to limited availability, we cannot offer additional parking passes. The garage has a 7-foot ceiling so we cannot accommodate taller vehicles over 7 feet tall.
